Estate & Trust Administration

Counsel for kindreds through times of transition.

I think the hardest part of losing someone, isn’t having to say goodbye, but rather learning to live without them. Always trying to fill the void, the emptiness that’s left inside your heart when they go.

Nuts & Bolts:

After death of a love one, there are a number of things that need to be done and you don't have to do them alone. I will guide you each step of the way through the estate and trust administration with knowledgeable, caring and compassionate advice.

The nuts and bolts of the estate and trust administration often involves the gathering, management, and distribution of the decease's assets to loves ones, the filing of tax returns, collecting benefits and paying the debts that have accrued. This is done in accordance to their wishes as expressed in their estate planning documents or under the laws of Oregon. This process may or may not include probate (the filing of documents with the court).

In addition to the above, I will assist you in gathering the professional support you will need to ensure a smoother administration process.

In any transition, whether death or incapacity, emotions are sure to rise. I've learned grief is neither logical or rational. There is no exception when losing someone close to you. It is just as important to gather the emotional support as it is to gather the professional support. It would be my honor to work with you during this emotional time.
